Ag and Science Tile Art
The glazed porcelain tile art is hand painted and depicts images of agriculture and science compositions including four central images of a sunflower, barn, river and cottonwoods, and a water molecule under a microscope. Each image contains symbolizations of peace, rich agriculture, beauty of nature, and the four seasons. This project took over a year of research and an additional eight months for the installation and creation of the work.
