The Computer Help Desk is the primary end user technology support department at the University of Minnesota Crookston (UMN Crookston) campus. The Help Desk should always be the first point of contact for all UMC faculty, staff, and students. Help Desk staff strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and effective service.
