Graduates with a leadership minor will develop a personal leadership philosophy that will help them fulfill their future roles and responsibilities as visionary leaders. The leadership minor is interdisciplinary, so it can be incorporated into any current or future major.

Leadership Minor

  • You will develop a leadership philosophy needed to be an effective leader in your chosen field of study, learn to utilize different leadership styles, types, and theories to assess past and current leaders, and develop effective leadership skills to motivate and inspire others into action.
