Learn to Live is an online self-help mental health resource available to all U of M Crookston students (use code UMN). Learn to Live uses evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modules for common mental health struggles, such as stress, worry, anxiety, social anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and depression.

BIPOC Collaborative
The BIPOC Mental Health Collaborative meets virtually once a month for a wellness activity and small group discussions.
