Upperclass Student Apartments
Evergreen Hall is the University’s newest apartment-style residence hall, completed in August 2010. Designed primarily for upperclass students, Evergreen features 32 two-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a full kitchen including a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Apartments also include a shared living room and two bathrooms.
In addition to apartment amenities, residents have access to several lounges, study rooms, a multipurpose gathering space, and a large classroom. Evergreen Hall was constructed as a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified green building, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, water conservation, energy efficiency, environmental quality, and innovative design.
Evergreen Hall is also home to the Evergreen Grill, which offers students an additional dining option during evening hours.
