Animal Science Association
The Animal Science Association (ASA) is an on campus club that welcomes all students, no matter their major, who want to learn more about different animals. We provide opportunities to be involved on campus with the livestock, as well as, off campus activities and field trips. We are active in the Crookston community and volunteer to walk dogs at the local animal shelter and at the Patch on the Point in East Grand Forks. On campus, we help with ANRAD, Trunk-Or-Treat, and other on-campus events. Every other year we take a club trip to Denver, CO to the National Western Stock Show. While in Denver, we go on tours of animal facilities and explore the stock show. There are so many opportunities that are offered to our members that can help them enrich their college experience and their knowledge of Animal Science.
