About the Dedication
Roger D. Moe was honored with the prestigious naming of our library which is now known as the Roger D. Moe Library. This honor solidified the many contributions he has made as both a private citizen and through his leadership roles as a legislator across the State of Minnesota. Moe is a native son of Crookston and a loyal supporter of the University of Minnesota Crookston campus. He has provided much of the framework for the education system in Minnesota today. Specifically, his commitment and determined interest in the importance of the UMN Crookston campus was and continues to be a vital reason the campus flourished through its history.
