Test Proctoring Service
The Roger D. Moe Library provides limited proctoring of make-up tests as a service to faculty. This service should not be used for students with testing accommodations due to a documented disability – those tests are administered by the Disability Resource Center. Any questions regarding this service at the library may be directed to Ashley Helgeson, Circulation Supervisor, at helge333@crk.umn.edu or 218-281-8399.
Students: Please use the scheduling link or stop by the library to schedule an appointment to make up your test. Please schedule your test at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to make the appointment you scheduled, please notify Ashley. You may reschedule your exam once if the scheduled time no longer works for you. Please give the library at least 12 hours notice. Missing your exam without letting us know may result in losing the use of these services.
Faculty: Please submit the Proctoring Request Form and your test at least 2 hours in advance of the student’s scheduled time to umclib@crk.umn.edu. Please be available via email or phone during the time of the test if the need for consultation arises. If multiple students from your class need to take the same exam, please contact Ashley to discuss logistics.
