There are times that you may feel like you want someone to know about something but aren’t sure who to tell or who you can talk to. The forms below are meant to take that guesswork out for you. Campus Security Authority
A Campus Security Authority (CSA) is someone who has been recognized by the Clery Act as a federally mandated reporter of crimes on campus. This form is tailored for those on the U of M Crookston campus who have been deemed a CSA, however anyone who is the victim of, or a bystander to, a crime may utilize this form to report the crime to the appropriate campus authorities.
