Mission Statement
The Human Resources Office is dedicated to fulfilling the mission of the University of Minnesota Crookston (UMN Crookston) in teaching, research, and service to the citizens of Minnesota, the nation and the world. In particular, we will strive to meet the needs of our internal and external constituents in an efficient and user friendly manner.

We recognize that our single biggest resource is our people. Therefore, we want all our people to feel respected, be treated fairly, be listened to, and be involved. To promote professional development, we will continually provide employees at UMN Crookston opportunities to contribute, learn, and grow in order to effectively meet the evolving needs of higher education, industry, business and government.
