Wellness Care Team
Purpose
The Wellness Care Team is a multi-departmental committee dedicated to addressing student health and wellbeing. Chaired by the Dean of Student Affairs, the team develops actionable plans to connect students with necessary resources and advises faculty and staff on handling student needs and behaviors.
Support for Students
The Wellness Care Team’s primary goal is to support students by connecting them with both campus and off-campus resources. By gathering information and creating individualized case management plans, the team ensures students receive the help they need.
Need to talk, but not sure where to start?
There are times that you may need extra support, but aren’t sure who to tell or who you can talk to. The link below connects you to forms that are meant to take that guesswork out for you.
Each of these forms is automatically routed to the office responsible for handling it. After filing a report, a university official will reach out via email to set up a meeting and explore all options moving forward.
