Karen Good was a member of the last high school class to graduate from the Northwest School of Agriculture (NWSA) in 1968. She was an enrolled member of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians and lived too far from the public school in the area to ride the school bus.
Hi I’m Ellie! At UMN Crookston I was a member of the soccer team, a C.A. (community adviser), and student studying sport and recreation management with a minor in coaching. I can’t forget about working with the awesome grill crew in Evergreen at night! I miss the small campus community and being able to know almost everyone while walking around

Planning, preparation, and implementation of COVID-19 processes to #ProtectTheNest at the University of Minnesota Crookston are working well. “We are navigating this new reality, taking disappointments as they come, but celebrating the fact we are here on campus and so far it's going quite well,” commented Chancellor Holz-Clause.
The University of Minnesota Crookston has been ranked one of the best in the latest rankings from U.S.News released in early September. In the category Midwest Top Public Regional Colleges for 2020, the U of M Crookston ranked in the number one spot. The campus has ranked in the top four consecutively for 24 years.
