Mail Delivery and Pick-Up

Mail Delivery

Campus mail is picked up at the Crookston Post Office at 8:00 a.m. every work week day.

The UMN Crookston Post Office staff will conduct an on-campus mail delivery route to occur in the morning with an approximate delivery time occurring between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Departments may check the Post Office at any time during Window Hours.

Mail Pick-Up

The U.S. Postal Service will pick-up any outgoing mail from UMN Crookston between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. In order to ensure that mail is delivered off campus that day it needs to be in the Post Office by 1:30 p.m. Mail that needs to be delivered off campus the same day but is not in the Post Office by the time of the U.S. Postal Service pick-up can still be metered by the Post Office but is the responsibility of the mailing department to deliver to the Crookston Post Office.

Any mail delivered after the U.S. Postal Service pick-up will be delivered to the Crookston Post Office the following morning when mail is picked up to be brought to the University.
