U of M Crookston students enrolled in Hort 3030 - Residential Landscape Design recently partnered with community volunteers from Heritage Village in East Grand Forks to look at modifying the landscaping around village buildings.

U of M Crookston fall semester marketing students in Courtney Bergman's class collaborated with the Crookston Visitors Bureau (CVB) on the nonprofit's 2023 marketing campaign and recently presented their proposal at a meeting in a campus boardroom.

University of Minnesota Crookston associate professor of biology and environmental science, and director of sustainability Katy Chapman would be considered both a faculty and staff member with her many titles, but at home she’s a mom, wife, gardener, animal lover, knitter, and beekeeper.
