About CIHS Grades

There are five permanent grades given for a single course for which credit shall be awarded, which will be entered on a student's official transcript. A-B-C-D-F grades including pluses and minuses. For more information, read more about UMN Crookston's grading policy.

How to Submit Grades via MyU

You will first need to login to MyU *

  1. Select the "Teaching" tab
  2. Select the course by scrolling using the "<" or ">" navigation
  3. Choose "Grades"

  4. Enter final grades for all students
  5. Approve your grades (important: grades won't post unless "approved")

  6. Scroll and click "Submit" on the bottom of the page.

Grades will be transmitted to the Registrar's Office after you click "Approved" and "Submit".

*You will need your Internet ID. If you do not know your Internet or Employee ID please contact the Computer Help Desk so we can assist you. If you have forgotten your password, please contact 1-HELP in the Twin Cities at 612-301-4357. You will also need to use DUO one-time code, or a push to your phone.

N/R (Changing) a Grade

  1. Change the "N/R" by clicking "Request Grade Change", the proceed to enter grades.
  2. Enter final grades for all students
    1. "I" Incomplete, students need to fill out a contract for "I" grade
    2. "F" Grade, additional information will pop up. Enter the last day the student attended class.
