The National Association of Agricultural Educators recently named the University of Minnesota Crookston (Region III) one of the 2023 Post Secondary Agriculture Program Award winners. Recipients will be recognized in November at the 2023 NAAE Convention in Phoenix, Arizona.

The NAAE announcement follows UMN Crookston's Ag Ed program recognition as an Outstanding Post Secondary Program by the Minnesota Association of Agricultural Educators (MAAE) where Ag & NatR Lecturer Nathan Purrington accepted the award in July.

The NAAE is a federation of state agricultural educators associations with more than 9,000 members. Their members are involved in school-based agricultural education at any level, from middle school through postsecondary, and state and national agricultural education leadership.
