The Agriculture Water Forum, presented by the We Are Water Exhibit, will take place on Monday, February 25, 2019, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Bede Ballroom, in the Sargeant Student Center, at the University of Minnesota Crookston. There is no registration required for the event and lunch will be provided.
The forum will feature buffer science and water movement in drain tile, MN agriculture water quality certification program certified producer testimonies, and the Red River water quality research project on agriculture drainage in Nordick Farms in Wilken County, Minn. This event is sponsored by West Polk SWDC, the University of Minnesota Crookston, MN Humanities Center, Clean Water Legacy Amendment, and MN Pollution Control Agency. Furthermore, it benefits the agriculture community, private landowners, conservation agencies and groups, and university faculty and students.
