University of Minnesota Crookston students named to the Spring Semester 2026 Dean's List were recently announced by the Office of the Registrar. To qualify for a place on the Dean's List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 3.66 grade point average.
Students named to the University of Minnesota Crookston Spring Semester 2026 Chancellor’s List were recently announced by the Office of the Registrar. To qualify for a place on the Chancellor’s List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 4.0 grade point average.
UMN Crookston has officially named Megan Bell, Ph.D., as the Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) for the Business, Arts, and Education (BAE) division. Bell, who has served in the role in an interim capacity since August 2025, will begin her permanent appointment on June 15, 2026.
The UMN Crookston will celebrate its 59th graduating class with a commencement ceremony on May 2, 2026 at 11 a.m. in Lysaker Gymnasium. Commencement exercises will include a reception for graduating students and their families before the ceremony. The community is invited to join us for the celebration.

To qualify for a place on the Chancellor’s List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 4.0 grade point average.
Martin had the “adventure of a lifetime” playing with her club team in Spain and they won the whole tournament for the Costa Blanca Cup.
Dr. Tran Thanh Huong, director of the Center for International Education (CIE-USSH), and Dr. Tran Cao Boi Ngoc, advisor for the joint program with UMN Crookston, were in attendance.
