The 51st annual Ag-Arama was hosted on January 24, 2026 and brought together students, alumni, and community members to celebrate the heart of University of Minnesota Crookston agriculture through showmanship, leadership, and legacy.
As we move further into the academic year, there is a great deal of positive momentum on campus, and we continue to be grateful for the strong connection we share with our community and region.
Students named to the University of Minnesota Crookston Fall Semester 2025 Chancellor’s List were recently announced by the Office of the Registrar. To qualify for a place on the Chancellor’s List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 4.0 grade point average.
University of Minnesota Crookston students named to the Fall Semester 2025 Dean's List were recently announced by the Office of the Registrar. To qualify for a place on the Dean's List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 3.66 grade point average.
Sparks fly inside the welding shop at the University of Minnesota Crookston, where students are gaining practical, hands-on experience while working together on a project that will remain on campus long after the semester ends.
Much of the work NatR club members participate in is part of the DNR's restoration efforts to reestablish and protect pines in the park, including budcapping seedlings and installing tree cages to protect the pine regeneration from deer browsing during the winter plus pruning saplings to reduce their susceptibility to White Pine Blister Rust.
