Brock Anundson earned his bachelor of science degree in sport and recreation management with a minor in coaching from the University of Minnesota Crookston in 2005 and followed with his masters of business administration with emphasis in sports and entertainment management and marketing from the University of Colorado in 2011.
Independence. It was something taught by his parents to Jianglong Huang during his childhood in Guangzhou, China. They always wanted Jianglong to learn different languages and embrace different cultures from a young age. So when at an international high school one of his classmates recommended UMN Crookston, he jumped at the opportunity.
He said he didn’t see himself farming. “I grew up a little north and east of Crookston, I never knew agriculture would be part of my career path, Proulx said.” Rob Proulx, Ph.D, University of Minnesota Crookston, agronomy lecturer, started his undergraduate studies as a business major and transferred to UMN Crookston earning his bachelor’s degree
The University of Minnesota Crookston welcomes two new staff to campus.
UMN Crookston faculty, staff and students rang in the Year of the Ox at 8 a.m. last Friday over Zoom with our international and overseas partners including alumni, staff and partnering institutions in China. “It was a trip down Memory Lane for all staff and alumni,” said Rae French, International Programs and Learning Abroad Coordinator.
