University of Minnesota Crookston associate professor of biology and environmental science, and director of sustainability Katy Chapman would be considered both a faculty and staff member with her many titles, but at home she’s a mom, wife, gardener, animal lover, knitter, and beekeeper.
Brad Eaton 1975, graduated from the Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management program. He and his wife own a sock company called Eaton’s Creations/Uproarious Ends.
Danielle “Dani” Johannesen, Ph.D., has been working as an associate professor at the University of Minnesota Crookston for 11 years, beginning in the fall of 2012.
Kurtis Proulx 2011 started as a lab services coordinator at UMN Crookston in February 2022.
