American Periodicals
Over 1,100 periodicals that first began publishing between 1740 and 1900, including special interest and general magazines, literary and professional journals, children's and women's magazines, and many other historically-significant periodicals.

IEEE
Journals, magazines, conference proceedings, and standards in the area of technology, computing, and engineering. See a list of all the journals is this collection.

JSTOR
Includes journals in many disciplines including the arts, humanities, and social sciences and often provides access to complete back runs starting with Volume 1, number 1. 

Nexis Uni
A global online information provider specializing in news, business, and legal information. The database adds some 9 million documents weekly from over 18,000 sources.

New York Times Historical Database
The New York Times (1851-2014) offers full page and article images with searchable full text back to the first issue. The collection includes digital reproductions providing access to every page from every available issue.

Project Muse
Provides access to the full text of the Johns Hopkins University Press's 100+ scholarly journals in the humanities, social sciences, and mathematics. There is a list of titles that indicates titles to which U of M Crookston researchers have access.

Science Direct
Scientific, technical, and medical information from 1995 to the present. The print publisher is Elsevier®. The journals in the collection are listed with an icon indicating the journals to which U of M Crookston has access.
