Builders of Diversity Award

The Builders of Diversity Award recognized an individual and/or unit from the University of Minnesota Crookston, who during an academic year, partners with or actively supports efforts to meet campus-wide objectives for diversity, inclusion, and multiculturalism by:

• Implementing initiatives, programs, or activities to increase cultural competency
• Cultivating a welcoming and inclusive campus environment, while impacting the community
• Increasing recruitment and retention of diverse student, faculty, and staff populations
• Addressing and serving the needs of underrepresented populations and diverse individuals
