Golden Eagle Winter Athletes - men's and women's basketball, equestrian, hockey and tennis

Our Golden Eagles hockey team is concluding a historic season as they made their first ACHA Division II Central Regional appearance since returning to the ice in 2021. They fell only one game short of making the trek to the national tournament, but proudly finished second in the northwest division of the WCCHA. Men's hockey will wrap up winter by hosting the two-time defending national champion March 2 and 3 in Crookston.

The Golden Eagles women's basketball team wrapped up 2022-2023 by posting their first 10-win season since the 2018-19 campaign. Emma Miller (freshman guard from Albertville, Minn.) was named the NSIC Freshman of the Year and named to the All-NSIC First Team while Bren Fox (returning senior forward/center from Norwood Young America, Minn.) was selected to the All-NSIC Second Team and became the program's all-time rebounding leader.

Golden Eagles tennis is off to their best start in program history with a 5-2 record and picked up their first conference win since 2014. Madeleine Schneider (junior from Gartringen, Germany) holds the record for the most singles wins at the No. 1 position.

Golden Eagles men's basketball finished their season 2-26 though many student-athletes earned career high points and the team held competitors off until the end in many thrilling games.

Equestrian Jumping Seat and Western are still in their seasons and will host home meets March 4 and 5 at the Charles H. Casey Equine Arena. They look towards ECAC Championships at the end of March and IHSA Regional and Zone Championships in April.
