Prior to UMC, Rachel spent 15 years working in the global manufacturing sector with an emphasis on large scale project management, lean engineering, supply chain/logistics & ERP system implementation for both agricultural equipment manufacturing as well as medical equipment manufacturing. She is a member of Women in Manufacturing and was nationally nominated as a Step Ahead Emerging Leader with the Manufacturing Institute in 2018.

Rachel received her undergraduate degrees in Manufacturing Management and Quality Management from UMC in 2016 & 2017 respectively. She went on to achieve her MBA from Campbellsville University in 2021.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 5 children, advocating for cultural exchange programs, volunteering at church, reading and camping.
