The final sessions of a special, year-long program were held recently and thirteen faculty members completed the UMC Leads program. 

The program was designed to create a culture of leadership by assisting faculty in the development of leadership skills, capacity and readiness so they are positioned to move their programs, department and the campus forward.

Congratulations to faculty members Venu Mukku, Katy Chapman, Brian Dingmann, Heidi Guggisberg-Coners, Oxana Wieland, Megan Kragness, Kara Bowen, Grace Menze, Rob Proulx, Ranjit Riar, Matt Simmons, Margot Rudstrom, and Kristie Walker.
