Groups of 5 or more with adult supervision are best suited to the tours. Contact Amy Lubarski at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a tour time by April 8.
Tours will run daily with the exception of Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday tours will be offered from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Each stop takes about 20 minutes with the entire tour lasting 1 hour. U of M, Crookston students in the Introduction to Animal Science class will provide hands-on learning activities at each stop, allowing for additional activities to be added to this year's program.
Children have the chance to see and interact with animals. In the greenhouse, children will see the wide variety of plants that are grown and view research areas along the way. Tours for Tots is sponsored by the Agriculture and Natural Resources Department at the U of M, Crookston.
