The University of Minnesota Crookston Library is a two-floor facility that functions as the main learning resource and reference center on campus. Holdings include approximately 40,000 volumes. This collection consists of books, journals, magazines, newspapers, pamphlets and audio visual materials. In addition to these traditional library resources, an increasing number of electronic library tools are also available at the UMC Library and via the UMC Local Area Network.
Because of its proximity to and direct connection to the Kiehle Building, it is often incorrectly called the Kiehle Library. Actually, the Library is a separate entity.
